Creator Program Terms
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms govern the OOM Labs Creator Program, run by OOM Labs, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to them. We have written them to be read, not to hide anything.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. To receive product kits, you need a shipping address in the United States. We review every application and may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
Commissions and payment
Approved creators receive a unique link and discount code through Social Snowball, our affiliate platform. Every order placed through your link or code is tracked automatically, and your commission rate is displayed in your Social Snowball dashboard. Payouts run through Social Snowball once orders clear.
Because every sale is covered by our 90-day Love-It Guarantee, commissions on refunded orders are reversed. Commissions are not paid on your own purchases, and codes may not be posted to coupon aggregation sites, used in ads bidding on our trademarks, or distributed through spam. We may change commission rates going forward with notice through Social Snowball; a change never applies to sales you have already made.
Free product
Approved creators receive a GoBlo kit at no cost. Trying the product before you say anything about it is the point of the program. Receiving a kit does not obligate you to post. Ongoing kits, and larger paid collaborations, depend on your activity and how your content performs.
Content standards
Say what you actually think. We do not provide scripts and do not want them followed. We ask four things of every creator. First, follow the rules of the platform you post on. Second, disclose your relationship with us in each post, consistent with the FTC's endorsement guides; free product and commission are both material connections. Third, make content for adults only, and never direct it at minors. Fourth, make no medical claims: GoBlo is made from food ingredients, and your content may not state or imply that it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, or that it is approved by the FDA.
Names and content
You may use our product names and images to talk about our products. Do not register usernames, handles, or domains that imply you are OOM Labs, and do not alter our labels or claims. We may reshare your public posts about our products with credit to you. We will ask before using your content in paid advertising.
Independent relationship
You participate as an independent creator, not as an employee, agent, or representative of OOM Labs. You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, tax documentation is collected through the payout process.
Ending participation
You may leave the program at any time, and we may end any participation at any time. Earned commissions that have cleared are paid out either way. If participation ends because these terms were violated, commissions earned through the violation are void.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted at this page. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
The legal part
The program is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions made by social platforms, including content removal or suppression. These terms are governed by Colorado law. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
